Lead Veterinary ReceptionistLead Client Service Representative – Veterinary PracticeSalary: $25-$29 per hour, based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. $1,500 Sign On Bonus!Schedule: This is a full-time position. Hospital hours are Monday and Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM; Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM; and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM (every other Saturday required). Guide and mentor the front desk team while ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional client experiences. Resolving conflicts among front desk staff members.Screening telephone calls calmly, professionally, and empathetically and assisting Practice Manager with escalated calls.Ensure accurate scheduling, check-in/check-out, and client communicationMaintain strong knowledge of hospital services, policies, and pricingSupport daily workflow by communicating effectively with doctors, technicians, and managementHelp ensure phones, emails, and online requests are handled promptly and consistentlyModel reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitudeAssist with front desk coverage and scheduling needs as necessaryEnsure accurate invoicing, estimates, and payment processingHelp maintain organization and efficiency at the front deskIdentify opportunities to improve client experience and front desk processesAdapt easily in a fast-paced, emotional, and ever-changing environmentQualifications:2 years of veterinary experience is required.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in veterinary software systems is a plus.A genuine love for animals and a desire to contribute to their well-being.About East Greenbush Animal HospitalEast Greenbush Animal Hospital is a progressive 5-doctor small animal practice near Albany, NY, founded by Dr. Debbie Chew and Dr. Chris Rocchio in 2003.
