Experience: Two or more years of residential property management experience or a related position in customer service, hospitality, or sales. Travel: Minimal local travel between assigned communities. Physical: Frequent walking, stairs, standing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds. Valid driver's license and reliable, personal vehicle required for travel between communities. Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation is a plus! Banner Property Management is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support Quincy Station Apartments in Westmont IL. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Property Manager and serve as a steady, professional presence for residents, prospects, and teammates at its location. This role blends customer service, leasing, accounting, and operations. It's ideal for someone who is warm and approachable, organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing a variety of responsibilities. You'll assist with accounts receivable, renewals, leasing, resident relations, and administrative functions that help both properties perform at their best.
