Overview AGENTFORCE SERVICE SENIOR COPYWRITER We\'re looking for a talented, motivated Senior Copywriter to join our team for a high-impact contract. This is a \"hit-the-ground-running\" role. You\'ll help concept and develop creative work for Agentforce Service, one of our biggest products, as we lead the industry in the AI revolution. You\'ll team up with designers and writers under the guidance of our Creative Director to ensure our story stays bold and our momentum stays fast. Our hope is that you\'ll take a leading role during a pivotal window, pushing our standards for craft, strategy, and excellence. Responsibilities Concept everything from big campaign ideas to spot-on demand gen work. Create banner ads, write scripts, and produce films. Develop innovative yet-to-be-imagined creative and email campaigns for Social, Web, Events, and other channels. Break down product benefits and sticky pain points into human stories that are heartfelt, on-brand, and engaging. Be an attentive self-starter who uncovers opportunities — including AI-powered shortcuts — to create outstanding work. Adapt to multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment; present and sell work to partners with a clear point of view and creative strategy. Collaborate with the team and partners, maintaining strong relationships and contributing to the overall creative process. Provide timely and helpful feedback to propel the creative process forward. Qualifications Experience: At least 5 years in an ad agency or corporate creative team. A portfolio that showcases integrated campaigns, human-centric tech storytelling, and a sophisticated command of brand voice. Experience with AI tools to enhance creative output from brainstorming and research to drafting and refining copy. Skills AI Innovation: Use AI to enhance creative output across stages of development. Creative Agility: Ability to work independently and with a creative team to deliver high-quality work on every project. Operational Efficiency: Synthesize complex product briefs and Salesforce brand standards, leveraging AI to accelerate learning and output. Adaptability: A beginner\'s mind for learning brand tone with a veteran\'s execution capability. Business Acumen: Curious about the business and industry of internal and external clients.
