Chick-fil-A Greenfield - Director of Operations

Join Chick-fil-A Greenfield as we are looking for the perfect leader to fill our Director of Operations position. As a Director, you will have the opportunity to oversee a portion of an 8+ million dollar business, lead people, and influence our community of Hancock County. This role would be responsible for all results over a portion of our business (Front of House, Back of House, Sales & Brand Growth). You will work in a fun and fast-paced environment while learning skills for running a business, but even more importantly - leading your life. Responsibilities:

• Leading & Managing others
• Oversee the development of leaders in area of responsibility
• Ability to lead & work in Operations of the business
• Create & implement systems & processes within area of responsibility
• Additional responsibilities would depend on exact role (Front of House, Back of House, Sales and Brand Growth)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of business/leadership experience (Restaurant experience highly preferred but not required)
• Bachelor degree or higher (preferred but not required)

• Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, Initiate/ownership in all you do
