Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to develop an understanding of each patient's needs.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals, values, and cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), delivered in individual, couple, family, and group formats.

• Provide crisis intervention services, promptly addressing acute distress and ensuring seamless coordination with other healthcare professionals to foster continuity of care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including accurate progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering strictly to regulatory guidelines and clinic policies.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with strategies to effectively manage their mental health challenges.
\n
• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate and enhance comprehensive patient care.

• Regularly conduct outcome assessments to gauge treatment effectiveness and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and emerging trends in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice for continual improvement.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Possession of an active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
