Levain Bakery is seeking a Senior People Partner for our West and South markets in Los Angeles. This strategic HR role will align HR initiatives with business goals and support store and district leaders across locations. You will work on employee relations, compliance, leave management, and culture-building initiatives. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of California employment law, and at least 5 years of HR experience.
