Senior Talent Acquisition CoordinatorAt DAVIS, we're redefining the way people experience construction by building success for all.The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator coordinates and executes all aspects of early-career and campus recruiting, including career fairs, university partnerships, internship program administration, and full-cycle hiring from requisition through offer. Serves as the primary point of contact for early-career and intern candidates, ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience while managing onboarding logistics, ATS data integrity, and recruitment reporting.
