Clinical Pharmacist

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for coordinating all clinical agency activities associated with pharmaceutical services and products.

Required Qualifications:

* Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with didactic coursework and experiential rotations in pharmaceutical care. * Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License

Preferred Qualifications:

PharmD Post-graduate degree in pharmacy, Or Completion of a post-graduate pharmacy residency in geriatrics. Experience in clinical management, managed care and program development.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
