Teamlead Customer Service Operations

Your responsibilities You lead and coach the sales, service & traffic coordinators in their daily activities. You act as the go-to escalation point for operational issues and customer concerns. You monitor KPI’s and drive performance and collaboration. You step in as operational back-up during peaks, absences or escalations. You ensure accurate order, service administration, import/export and transport coordination. You identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements. You align work methods across sales desk, service desk and traffic. You ensure adherence to corporate, national and international regulations. You safeguard data quality in ERP and related systems. You support audits and internal reviews related to customer service administration. You report to Customer Service and Traffic Manager. Your profile You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Logistics, Business Management, Office Management or equivalent experience. You have at least 5 years of experience in order administration, customer service or sales/service coordination in an international environment. You have proven experience in team coordination, process ownership or operational leadership. You have a strong affinity with ERP systems and business process flows. You are a clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. You are customer-oriented, solution driven and hands-on. You are able to perform under pressure and manage changing priorities.
