Position Summary
As a Team Member, you’ll be front and center in creating awesome guest experiences. You’ll help craft fresh, flavorful meals while keeping things clean, safe, and running smoothly — all while having fun and living our QDOBA Recipe every shift! Please understand we need positions filled for some am shifts, but more importantly pm shifts and weekend shifts.

What You’ll Do (It’s More Fun Than It Sounds!)

• Greet every guest with genuine energy and a warm welcome
• Keep a positive, can-do attitude and have fun with the team
• Go the extra mile to make every guest’s visit memorable
• Follow simple recipes and prep guidelines to serve up great-tasting food (You will learn a life skill you can have with you forever prepping, cooking, and building on those social skills)
• Work together as a team — we succeed when we support each other
• Be a proud ambassador for the QDOBA brand
• Keep an eye on food quality and take quick action to maintain high standards
• Clean, organize, and restock stations to keep the restaurant looking sharp
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures to keep everyone protected
• Jump in on other tasks as needed to keep the good vibes flowing
