Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Functional Lead to lead functional design, implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives across Oracle Cloud ERP applications. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise across Oracle Fusion modules, business process transformation, solution design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional implementation and transformation initiatives across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle ERP functional solutions.
Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution design.
Configure and support Oracle Fusion modules based on business and operational requirements.
Develop functional designs, process flows, configuration documents, and solution specifications.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes and define future-state Oracle ERP solutions.
Lead workshops, requirement sessions, solution reviews, and functional demonstrations.
Manage integrations and dependencies between Oracle Fusion ERP and third-party applications.
Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, reports, extensions, data conversion, and Oracle ERP customizations.
Lead functional testing, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
Provide functional leadership during Oracle Cloud ERP deployments and production go-live.
Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and optimization within Oracle Fusion.
Develop training materials and support knowledge transfer to business and functional teams.
Manage functional risks, issues, dependencies, and resolution plans.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Ensure Oracle ERP solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and governance standards.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of Oracle ERP functional experience, with significant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and transformations.
Experience leading functional teams and enterprise-level Oracle ERP initiatives.
Strong knowledge of ERP business processes and cross-functional dependencies.
Experience with requirements gathering fit-gap analysis, functional configuration, testing, and deployment.
Experience working with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and best practices.
Strong understanding of Oracle integrations, data migration, reporting, and extensions.
Experience leading SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, project managers, and executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Fusion Cloud certification in one or more functional areas.
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or hybrid Oracle environments.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics.
Experience with Oracle Redwood and modern Oracle Cloud user experiences.
Experience supporting large-scale public sector or enterprise ERP transformations.
Familiarity with Oracle AIM, OUM, or Oracle Unified Methodology.
Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid implementation methodologies.
