Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion. The role will involve defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements, while ensuring that work is delivered to agreed standards, within budget and in line with organisational priorities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage competing deadlines and provide clear direction throughout the project lifecycle.


Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining detailed project plans, monitoring progress, identifying dependencies and managing risks, issues and changes. You will establish effective governance and reporting processes, prepare regular status updates for stakeholders and ensure that decisions, actions and milestones are clearly documented. Building strong working relationships will be essential, as you will communicate with internal teams, suppliers, partners and senior stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve challenges promptly.


The successful candidate will have proven experience managing projects in a complex or fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies, planning tools and risk management principles. You will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident working with budgets, schedules and performance information. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills are required, together with the ability to influence others and manage change effectively. A relevant project management qualification or equivalent practical experience would be advantageous. You should be comfortable working independently while also encouraging collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across project teams.
