We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple locations. This role is responsible for managing multiple high-priority openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, develop creative sourcing strategies, and utilize ATS technology to attract and hire qualified candidates.
The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and able to balance competing priorities while maintaining a positive candidate experience and meeting hiring goals.
What success looks like:
- Manage recruitment efforts for multiple locations and departments simultaneously.
- Recruit for numerous high-priority and hard-to-fill positions while meeting established hiring timelines.
- Partner with hiring managers across multiple sites to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting support.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for ongoing and anticipated hiring needs.
- Effectively prioritize recruitment act.
Keys to success:
- Minimum of three (3) years of high-volume recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for multiple locations and managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track recruiting activity, and support full-cycle recruitment efforts.
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring goals and deadlines.
