About OUAI’s Marketing Internship OUAI is looking for three interns to join our Marketing team for a 10-12-week fall internship program. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a fast-moving beauty brand brings campaigns, products, partnerships, content, and cultural moments to life. Each intern will be embedded within one of three teams: PR + Influencer + Communications Brand Marketing Social Media + Creative We’ll be hiring three interns for the program, and our team will determine each intern’s placement based on their interests, experience, and where we feel they’ll have the strongest opportunity to learn and contribute. What You’ll Work On: Depending on your team, you may: Campaigns + Launches: Support the execution of product launches, brand campaigns, partnerships, and activations. PR + Influencer: Assist with influencer research, gifting, mailers, events, outreach, and tracking. Social + Content: Support trend research, content planning, community insights, and social execution. Creative: Help with asset organization, creative projects, shoot preparation, and production needs. Research: Conduct competitive, cultural, creator, and trend research and organize key learnings. Day-to-Day Support: Jump in on projects and last-minute needs across a fast-moving Marketing team. Who You Are: Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Business, Media Studies, or a related field Available 15-20 hours/week for the full program Able to work at our OUAI HQ Office in Los Angeles 1-2 days/week Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership Collaborative and excited to learn Passionate about beauty, marketing, social media, creators, and culture Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with digital organization Nice to Have: Coursework or experience in marketing, communications, PR, social, creative, or a related field Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, creators, and social trends Interest in beauty, haircare, fragrance, fashion, wellness, or consumer brands Previous internship, campus organization, event, social media, or creative experience Program Details: Timing: September–November / early December Length: 10-12 weeks Commitment: 15-20 hours/week Working Model: Hybrid; 1-2 days/week in office Los Angeles OUAI HQ Office Compensation: Paid internship or academic credit may also be available This is a paid internship at $25/hour, with the option to receive academic credit where applicable and in accordance with your school’s requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
