Simultaneously, they balance this responsibility with the important task of training and mentoring new sales agents on the team, helping them develop their skills and achieve their targets. Strong sales skills as well as some type of mentorship or leadership experience is a must for this role.The Sales and Leadership Representative is responsible for supporting the sales staff and increasing sales.
