This role involves delivering end-to-end solutions for Federal contractors, managing teams, and improving contracting and finance functions. As part of RSM's Management Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to navigate regulatory complexities and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, over 8 years of relevant experience, and a strong background in Federal contracting compliance.
