Executive Housekeeper

Holiday Inn Express Topeka North is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive hotel housekeeping experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping staff. Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Create daily work assignments and manage team productivity. Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and linens. Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and hotel policies. Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public areas when needed. Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed. Qualifications Required Experience Minimum 1 year of experience as a Head Housekeeper in a hotel environment , OR Minimum 3 years of hotel housekeeping experience with demonstrated leadership abilities. Continuous hotel experience is required. Candidates without recent and consistent hotel housekeeping experience will not be considered. Additional Requirements Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout a shift. Reliable transportation and strong attendance record. Authorized to work in the United States.
