We're seeking candidates with experience dispatching reactive service technicians. About the Role The Service Coordinator (Dispatcher) at Tech24 ensures efficient daily operations by scheduling and dispatching service technicians, prioritizing reactive service calls, and coordinating return visits. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You'll serve as a key point of contact between technicians, customers, and internal teamsproviding clear updates, maintaining accurate records, and supporting timesheet and invoice review to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, project management, or a related field Proficient computer and data entry skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Knowledge of service areas and route optimization skills Advanced customer service skills Strong multitasking ability Desired Qualifications: Working knowledge of the HVAC industry Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally Ability to adapt quickly in a reactive, ever-changing service environment Key Responsibilities: Dispatch service technicians to assigned service calls Schedule and coordinate daily service appointments Maintain dispatch schedules in Global Edge and Excel dispatch board Debrief technicians following service calls and update service details Forecast workload 23 days in advance to support resource planning Follow up on open service calls and customer return visits Confirm upcoming appointments with customers and provide status updates Maintain accurate customer records and service database entries Monitor and respond to incoming calls, emails, and after-hours messages Coordinate with technicians and warehouse teams on parts availability and job readiness Manage service quote logs and customer portals Ensure calls are properly routed to on-call technicians Support additional administrative and operational duties as needed Benefits: Top pay for experience Full benefit package including medical, vision, and dental insurance Paid vacation, sick days and holidays 401(k) retirement savings plan Tech-24 is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Veteran/Disability/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity For more information about Tech-24 and our career opportunities visit
