Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Face-to-Face Customer Service Representative
We are looking for friendly, professional, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Face-to-Face Customer Service Representatives . If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and creating a positive experience, this role is a great fit.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person
Answer questions and provide product/service information
Handle basic issues or direct customers to the appropriate team
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Represent the company with a positive and professional attitude
Qualifications:
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable interacting with customers in person
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
No experience required — training provided
