What You'll Do
Every day is different. You'll troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and occasionally replace residential and light commercial HVAC systems while providing an exceptional customer experience.
You'll:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Install replacement equipment when needed
• Service residential and light commercial systems
• Educate customers on repair and replacement options (without being a pushy salesperson)
• Keep your truck organized and stocked
• Complete digital invoices and paperwork
• Participate in ongoing training
• Mentor apprentices and help grow the next generation of technicians

 
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in doing things the right way.



 
You should have:

• 4+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Experience with:
  • Air Conditioners
  • Heat Pumps
  • Furnaces
  • Air Handlers
  • Duct Systems
  • Thermostats
  • Electrical Diagnostics
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening
