Brand and Community Manager

Owning the brand presence in the market, the full-time remote Brand and Community Manager will manage consumer social media, build community engagement, and create compelling written content for both consumer and B2B audiences. Key responsibilities Oversee TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content creation and engagement, ensuring a vibrant and active presence Build and manage a community of shoppers and creators, fostering genuine engagement and user-generated content Develop and ghostwrite content for LinkedIn and other platforms, establishing a distinct voice for the B2B brand Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in consumer brand, social media, or community management, preferably in a DTC environment Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools like CapCut, Premiere, or Canva Strong writing skills with the ability to produce engaging content; writing samples will be required Experience with paid social media campaigns, including understanding of campaign structure and creative testing Demonstrated ability to build a brand or community from the ground up
