Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our operations at our Florissant location. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing organizational culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional decision-making abilities, a visionary approach to business growth, and a commitment to motivating and developing talent.

Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals and drive profitability

Oversee all operational functions, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service

Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering professional development and performance excellence

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze business metrics to inform strategic decisions

Prepare and manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and community partners

Implement operational policies and procedures that align with organizational standards

Identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational efficiency

Lead problem-solving initiatives to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies

Qualifications

Proven experience in a general management, operations management, or senior leadership role

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans

Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial analysis

Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in performance management and KPI tracking

Experience with business systems and data analysis tools

Time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives

Proven ability to drive organizational change and innovation

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
