Forklift Operator – Grupo Bafar
Join the Grupo Bafar team! We are looking for experienced, safety-focused, and dependable Forklift Operators to support our warehouse and distribution operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a strong team, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, move, and stage products
- Pull and prepare orders accurately for shipment and distribution
- Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track product movement
- Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Maintain organized and clean work areas following all warehouse safety procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse operations as needed
- Follow company policies and safety standards at all times
- Previous forklift operating experience required
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Ability to read and write in English
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as needed
- Warehouse, distribution center, or retail experience
- Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Experience operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
