Forklift Operator – Grupo Bafar

Join the Grupo Bafar team! We are looking for experienced, safety-focused, and dependable Forklift Operators to support our warehouse and distribution operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a strong team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, move, and stage products
Pull and prepare orders accurately for shipment and distribution
Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track product movement
Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns
Maintain organized and clean work areas following all warehouse safety procedures
Assist with inventory counts and warehouse operations as needed
Follow company policies and safety standards at all times

Qualifications

Previous forklift operating experience required
Valid forklift certification preferred
Ability to read and write in English
Basic math and inventory counting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as needed

Preferred Experience

Warehouse, distribution center, or retail experience
Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems
Experience operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
