Keep timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associates in Occupational Therapy‑OTA. Education and/or experience: Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in related fields of study. Actively licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant. Lymphedema Certified‑CLT (a plus but not required). Job Type PRN therapist is part of an on‑call pool of therapists who work on a per diem basis. A PRN therapist receives patient assignments from the organization and follows the proof of care when needed. PRN work offers flexibility and unique opportunities for growth.
