Acting as an extension of our clients’ teams, we focus on strategies that drive measurable growth. We are looking for a motivated SEO Specialist to join our fully remote team. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with SEO account managers to execute on-page optimizations and technical audits Optimize landing pages and content for improved search engine rankings Conduct ongoing keyword research, identifying new opportunities for client growth Research seasonal and market trends across client industries for SEO insights Perform keyword analysis and competitor benchmarking Implement website and content updates within various CMS platforms Monitor, analyze, and improve SEO and content performance using tracking tools Stay up to date on SEO best practices, strategies, and algorithm updates Contribute to the company’s marketing blog with SEO-related insights Engage in continuous training to build and refine SEO expertise Required Skills & Experience At least 2+ years of SEO work experience Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of SEO best practices and on-page optimization Analytical, data-driven mindset with problem-solving ability Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics Team-oriented with a growth-focused mindset Prior experience in an agency environment Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with advanced SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Screaming Frog Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript Understanding of additional digital channels such as PPC Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow Strong writing and content development skills Perks & Benefits 100% remote work environment (remote-first culture since the start) Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage HSA, FSA, and dependent care benefits 401(k) with company match Flexible working hours and PTO policy Annual professional development budget Work-from-home stipend plus company-provided laptop Additional equipment allowance to set up your home office 12 weeks parental leave (3 paid, 9 unpaid) 529 College Savings Plan Fun surprises to celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries This role is remote within the United States only .
