Social Media Marketing Specialist

Location: 3 days in office in Duluth, GA, 1 day in showrooms capturing content, 1 day remote Our client is looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow social media presence across multiple brands and showroom locations. This person will create engaging content, increase audience engagement, support sales efforts, and use performance data to improve results. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience creating content, managing social media platforms, and tracking campaign performance. Experience working with both B2B and B2C brands is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management Develop and execute social media strategies that support business goals. Manage daily activity on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms. Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice. Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Content Creation Capture photo and video content in showrooms, offices, and job sites. Create short-form video content such as Reels and TikToks. Design and edit content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms. Work with internal teams to highlight products, promotions, and company stories. Analytics and Optimization Track and report social media performance, including engagement, reach, growth, and conversions. Use data to improve content strategy and marketing results. Test new content types, messaging, and campaigns. Brand Awareness and Sales Support Create content that drives showroom traffic, online engagement, and brand awareness. Support product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns. Engage with followers and help build an active online community. Onsite Content Development Work onsite in showrooms and office locations to capture authentic content. Comfortable occasionally appearing on camera. Partner with showroom and sales teams to showcase products, trends, and customer experiences. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices. Experience with photography, videography, and content editing. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools. Ability to analyze marketing metrics and apply insights. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. Preferred Traits Creative with a strong eye for visual storytelling. Self-motivated and proactive. Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera. Interest in home design, lighting, or lifestyle brands is a plus. Measures of Success Growth in followers, engagement, and reach.
