Summary

We are looking for an IT Help Desk Support Technician to provide remote technical assistance to end users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring system performance. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, applications, and connectivity issues.
• Use remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP) to diagnose and resolve problems.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ticketing system.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and proactive communication.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Active Directory for user and group management.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft 365 Certified are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
