Compensation & Incentives $50–$60 Per HourGuaranteed Pay At Boothby, you're paid for your scheduled time, even when students are absent or sessions are canceled. Your compensation shouldn't depend on factors outside your control. Sign-On Bonus Eligibility Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, depending on assignment, location, and experience.
