We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) to join our team at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glade Valley, situated in the beautiful residential neighborhood of Walkersville, Maryland. Our state-of-the-art facility provides exceptional sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care services, with a focus on comfort, dignity, and well-being for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and respect for our residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) preferred
• Certified Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA)
