About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Learning Experience to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Learning Experience (LX) team, with a focus on producing best-in-class compliance training content. This role involves serving as a people manager, setting clear expectations, and ensuring the team operates efficiently and creatively. The Head of LX will be a key contributor to the vision and operation of the team, leveraging industry best practices and personal experience to drive the team's output. Continuous evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge tools, particularly AI and automation, to increase the team's pace and throughput, is a crucial aspect of the role. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing creative teams, particularly in video production, and a track record of high-accountability management. They should be comfortable with tight timelines and budgets, have a sharp understanding of constraints, and possess expert knowledge of and energy about tools and automation, especially AI tools. This is a challenging and fast-paced role that requires a self-starter with a passion for the company's mission and a strong alignment with its core values. The Head of LX will need to be a proactive problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of driving change and improvement. The position is suited to someone who is not just looking to run a playbook but is eager to help build it. The hardest part of the job will be matching the company's energy and leading a team through a period of both understanding the current operations and pushing for necessary changes. The role is pivotal in the company's growth and requires a leader who can balance the need for immediate action with a strategic vision for the future.
