Production Assembler Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Assemble products and components using hand and power tools according to specifications.
• Measure, fit, and inspect parts using a fractional tape measure.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain material and supply levels for assigned work.
• Follow safety procedures and Lean Manufacturing/5S practices.
• Stand for extended periods on a concrete floor and lift 20-30 lbs. throughout the day.

Production Assembler Qualifications:

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience required.
• Ability to accurately read and use a fractional tape measure.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20-30 lbs. throughout the workday.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
