ErdmanSummary Of Position:The Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN will provide direct and individualized nursing care to an assigned group of patients under the direction of a registered nurse of provider. The LPN will observe, report and record medical information and nursing care provided in the electronic medical record. The LPN will instruct patients and families according to the teaching plans. The LPN will communicate with the healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of individualized patient care.Women's Health Clinic is an Outpatient Center in Camp Hill located right next to Holy Spirit Medical Center. It has two other practice sites, which employees will also travel in a very short distance of 4 miles or less! These are the Maternal Fetal Medicine in Camp Hill and the OBGYN clinic in the Hampden Medical Center. Women's Health is an outpatient center of Holy Spirit and focuses on OBGYN, Midwifery, and Urology for Women. Women's Health is a fast-paced clinic with 80-85 patients a day. Join a great team and grow your career in the medical field by applying today!Essential Duties:Provides direct and individualized nursing care to an assigned group of patients under the direction of a registered nurse/physician according to the Pennsylvania Nurse Practice Act, and established institutional and unit policies.Observes, reports and records medical information and nursing care provided in the medical record and/or electronic medical record.Administers medications in accordance with policy and procedures. Instructs patients and families according to the teaching plan overseen by a Registered Nurse/Physician.Communicates with the healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of individualized patient care.
