Role Description This is a full‑time, hybrid Financial Representative/Advisor position that is based in Sandy, UT. In this position, you can use your entrepreneurial spirit to run your own practice with oversight, direction, and mentoring from your partner. The office provides all training using a system developed by Harvard Business School that is one of the best in the industry. The company invests about $300,000 in training and tools for each employee to help make your business a success. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, providing financial products and insurance solutions, while achieving performance goals. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to identify their insurance and financial needs, recommending tailored solutions, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include participating in training programs and staying updated on industry trends and compliance regulations.
