Learning Specialist

To support the development of financial professionals, the full-time remote Learning Experience Specialist will manage scheduling, attendance, and reporting for certification cohorts, while fostering an inclusive environment for effective peer engagement and skill development. Key responsibilities Oversee end-to-end scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting for assigned cohorts Design and monitor targeted development plans for advisors not meeting competency metrics Facilitate monthly cohort meetings to cultivate psychological safety and peer connection Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Proven experience managing groups, cohorts, or teams in training or professional development Strong organizational, data-tracking, and reporting skills
