About Us: At Right at Home South Bay, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, in-home care and assistance to our clients. Our franchisees believe that every individual deserves to live with dignity and independence, and we're committed to helping them achieve that. Job Summary: As a Home Care Aide , you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and social interaction to help reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
- Supporting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Collaborating with our clients' families and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Registered as a Home Care Aide (or willing to register) CNA is also preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to read, write, and speak English as it pertains to the job
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
