• Offer companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
• Collaborate with clients' families and healthcare professionals to ensure mutually agreed-upon care plans are met
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient confidentiality and dignity

Requirements

• Passion for providing care and support to seniors and vulnerable adults
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance to and from client visits
