We are seeking an experienced AP/AR Specialist to handle day-to-day accounting and financial support functions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of AP/AR or accounting experience and be comfortable working with spreadsheets, cash deposits, and basic accounting processes.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and record cash and bank deposits
- Track incoming payments and outstanding balances
- Assist with invoice processing and payment reconciliation
- Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
- Perform basic account reconciliations
- Enter and maintain accounting data
- Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of AP/AR or related accounting experience
- Strong understanding of basic accounting functions
- Proficiency with Excel and spreadsheets
- Experience handling cash deposits and payment processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
