Residential Hvac Service Technician

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems (furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, IAQ products, etc.)
- Perform seasonal tune-ups and system inspections
- Provide accurate and detailed service reports and recommendations
- Communicate effectively with homeowners to explain issues and solutions
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition
- Uphold safety standards and follow all company procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation if needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience (preferred, but not required)
- EPA 608 Certification (Required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics/crawl spaces
- NATE certification a plus
