Branch Executive - Gretna

Bonvenu Bank is currently looking for an experienced Branch Executive for the Gretna, LA location. If you are a leader with experience in bank branch operations, including sales and loans, and you have a passion for Customer Service and Mentoring, we would love to talk with you! The Branch Executive will play an integral part in growing Bonvenu’s presence in Gretna. To be considered for this position you’ll need a minimum of four years in retail banking, a general knowledge of loans, excellent communication skills, and at least one year in a role requiring participation in interviewing applicants and completing employee reviews. Provide and maintain a professional, business‑like atmosphere within the branch Review staff members for formal performance evaluations, recommend salary adjustments, counsel employees when needed, and coordinate training as needed. Drive operational excellence by engaging in all aspects of compliance, audit, and branch policy Ensure compliance to security procedures including assisting with investigations, and testing of security equipment Participate in and encourage lending activities indirectly – interviewing consumer loan applicants, order credit reports, request information from consumer as needed, notify consumer of loan decision Work with business customers to assist with lending needs Other duties as required
