Service Titan Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated Service Titan Administrator leading the strategic direction for our Enterprise tenant configuration and evolution of the Service Titan Center of Excellence. This person will help manage our growing network by serving as an internal consultant integrating new and existing partner Service Titan instances, upgrading our Best Practices playbook and leading a team of ST Implementation professionals.This person will craft the implementation plans and timeline, ensuring execution and quality to exceed the expectations of our Partners and leaders.Why is this role different? It boils down to incredible personal and professional opportunity, for the right hands-on leader who can handle more, quickly.Responsibilities:Acts as an internal consultant to ST projects for complex solution design, assisting project leads with requirements analysis and development of ST configurations that meet Air Comfort Solutions’ needsParticipates in and/or leads testing and training of complex solutions as part of project execution, particularly around new ST release schedulesProvides quality assurance over in-flight projects, ensuring ST Implementation Leads are aligning to model tenant standards and executing the project management methodology consistentlyUnderstands the ST product roadmap and develops deep relationships with ST resources, working with the vendor to resolve complex challengesIdentifies innovative technologies that could add value to Air Comfort Solutions, develops the business case for adoption, and works with leadership to create implementation roadmapsQualifications:Minimum 5 years experience as a super user in Service Titan with a demonstrated understanding of the operational and customer experience impactsExperience constructing and evolving ST instances based on business conditions, leadership, and user feedbackDemonstrated ability to deliver proactive solution options through business case scenarios that influence senior leadership thinking and enable optimal business results integrated across multiple Enterprise applicationsProven ability to inspire action in others delivering QA results, alignment in tenant standards, and on-time delivery of projectsCapable of building strong relationships with Partner teams at all levels, and influencing adoption of Best Practices across the organizationHighly motivated to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders leveraging strong communication and business partnership skillsAbility to train others and speak in front of larger groupsJob Specifics:Location: Moore, OklahomaSchedule: In Office, Monday - Friday, Regular Business HoursCompensation: $75,000 - $100,000 (BOE)USD $75,000.00/Yr.USD $100,000.00/Yr.
