Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints on inbound and outbound calls
Provide information about the services and guidelines
Troubleshoot and resolve service issues and concerns
Document and update claim records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the services and guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients and customers
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attendance is a must
Ability to work overtime as needed is a plus
