Construction Project Manager

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from planning through final closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, milestones, and cost forecasts. Monitor labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs to ensure financial performance. Review estimates, participate in preconstruction planning, and assist with design development, conceptual estimating, bidding, buyout, and contract execution. Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, owners, architects, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution. Track project progress and ensure compliance with contract schedules and project milestones. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, monthly cost reporting, and project documentation. Schedule and document required inspections and ensure all regulatory and quality requirements are met. Oversee punch list completion, subcontractor reconciliation, final billing, and project closeout. Identify and resolve project issues proactively while minimizing schedule and budget impacts. Promote best practices in project management and provide leadership through collaboration and accountability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, but not required. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration. Experience managing subcontractors, client relationships, and multiple concurrent projects. Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
