Requirements
- 1+ Years of Experience
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Experience with Fresh Open Heart Surgery Patients
- Interpretation of Cardiac Rhythms
- Adult and Geriatric Population Experience
- Epic Experience
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide holistic care to patients and families across the life cycle, including neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults.
- Execute the Standards of Nursing Practice, including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop and revise patient care plans, coordinate care among disciplines, and delegate activities to other care providers as appropriate.
- Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices and promote high-standard patient care through active participation and leadership.
- Engage in continuous improvement of practice standards and the environment of care.
