The Customer Service Admin will support our corporate customer service team by efficiently managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills to handle scheduling, data entry, and record keeping within a small team setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive customer support to resolve inquiries and issues
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
- Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for the team
- Maintain organized documentation and file systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in customer service administration
