Physical Therapist (PT) - Part-Time

As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide in-person services for a small caseload of special education school students. This is a year-round position for the current school year.Physical Therapist Position Details:2 hrs per weekFlexible schedule between the hours of 8:30-3:30 PMCaseload: 3 students (Kindergarten, 5th, and 7th grade)Opportunity for more hoursPhysical Therapist Qualifications:Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of MarylandPossession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearancesProof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)Physical Therapist Responsibilities May Include:Evaluating students to determine eligibility and need for physical therapy servicesEnhancing students' academic abilities by using a variety of techniques and/or therapeutic intervention strategiesProviding appropriate therapeutic servicesPreparing Evaluation ReportsDeveloping and implementing IEPs and 504 PlansPerforming all related work, documentation, and reporting as requiredAttending a school team or IEP meetings as necessaryEnjoy scheduling flexibility, impressive hourly rates, and amazing support from our dedicated account team!Along with your resume, please include the best time of day and phone number to reach you.
