Marketing and Sales Analyst

Build and maintain marketing performance and sales activity reports and dashboards Analyze campaign and channel performance and translate findings into investment recommendations Track and trend the patient acquisition funnel from first touch through scheduled appointment and treatment Support market and competitive research for new location openings and local market growth plans Surface risks, concerns, and opportunities and help develop solutions Identify opportunities to improve marketing and sales processes and systems; propose changes and communicate strategy Support ad hoc analysis and modeling requests from executive management on tight timelines Work closely with executive management and functional leaders across marketing, sales, and operations Requirements Bachelor's degree 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role Demonstrated aptitude for data analysis and quantitative problem solving Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills Strong proficiency in Excel Working knowledge of SQL, or clear evidence you can learn it quickly Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain an analysis to a non-technical audience Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools, including large language models and AI-assisted tooling Ability to show real examples of prompting, automating or accelerating work, and validating AI output Detail-oriented, able to run multiple projects in parallel Self-starter who learns quickly on the job Comfortable working within data privacy and governance standards, including appropriate handling of patient information Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Core Competencies Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data analysis, quantitative problem solving, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
