Role Summary The Revenue Operations team at First Advantage is responsible for enabling predictable, scalable growth through a unified revenue engine. We are seeking a highly influential Senior Revenue Operations Analyst – GTM Transformation. The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, driving operational excellence across the revenue organization. Core Responsibilities Annual GTM planning, including budgeting, territory planning, capacity modeling, and quota design Sales compensation plan strategy, design, and execution Workflow optimization, automation, and integration across RevOps systems Sales performance executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and forecasting models Strategic insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, or related roles Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders Highly self‑directed and proficient in owning initiatives end‑to‑end Proven experience executing complex cross‑functional projects Strong experience with Salesforce, Xactly, Microsoft Excel, and Smartsheet Salary Approximately $80,000–$100,000 base annually (range may vary based on experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors).
