Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a driven and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment in the building materials industry. This role will serve as a key point of contact for customers while also providing leadership and support to the customer service team. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of customer service expertise, operational coordination, and leadership capability. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone Lead and support day-to-day customer service operations, setting the tone for a high-performance team Manage and drive counter sales of construction materials, including bricks and masonry products Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling Partner closely with the outside sales team to ensure alignment and seamless customer experience Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and urgency Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, environmental, and operational procedures Provide guidance and support to team members; step in to assist where needed Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and overall team success Qualifications High School Diploma required 3+ years of customer service or inside sales experience (building materials or industrial environment preferred) Proven ability to lead or mentor others in a team setting Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) Highly adaptable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment Experience with Oracle systems preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office required Competitive base salary ($65K–$75K) Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Company-paid Basic Life and Short-Term Disability #J-18808-Ljbffr
