Supervisory Program Analyst

Duties

Serves as the Chief of the Organization Management Branch in the Command Support Office, responsible for providing support in all areas related to organization management, personnel management and manpower management.

Provides and exercises leadership and overall responsibility for managing, coordinating, and directing the timely processing of the full range of personnel actions for the organization.

Implements related policy changes and exercises leadership and overall responsibility for managing, coordinating, and directing assigned programs and initiatives.

Serves as the focal point for supporting all levels of Troop Support management in making sound business decisions concerning use of resources in their organization.

Oversees the work/studies of the branch and its analysts for research and analysis conducted for management studies with a variety of organization management/manpower purposes.

Oversees branch research into manpower data and information concerning retirements, resignations, reassignments, promotions, and the organizational impact of such actions.
