We work closely with our IT and Engineering clients to identify talented professionals for a variety of technical and engineering positions across multiple locations.

We are currently hiring on behalf of our clients for the following position:

\n

Position: Talent Acquisition Consultant

\n

Location: Chicago, IL

\n

Employment Type: Full-Time

\n

Experience: 7+

\n

\n

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead recruiting efforts for mid-to-senior level professionals, with a strong focus on Sales Professionals/Consultants within Professional Services .

\n

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days/week in a local office

\n

\n

What You’ll Do:

\n

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process , from intake and sourcing through selection and offer.

\n

• Partner closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and senior business leaders to build effective hiring strategies.

\n

• Source and engage high-quality talent using LinkedIn, CRM, ATS, and other recruiting technologies .

\n

• Recruit experienced Sales/B2B professionals , particularly within professional services environments.

\n

• Advise hiring managers on candidate assessment, interviewing, selection, and offer strategy.

\n

• Maintain strong candidate engagement and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

\n

• Leverage AI and technology-enabled recruiting tools to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency.

\n

\n

Must-Have Qualifications:

\n

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

\n

• Strong agency recruiting experience combined with Professional Services recruiting

\n

• Proven success recruiting and placing Sales Professionals / B2B talent

\n

• Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, LinkedIn, CRM, ATS, and recruitment technologies

\n

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills

\n

• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices

\n

\n

Nice to Have:

\n

• Experience influencing senior leadership and key stakeholders

\n

• Recruiting experience within the Health & Benefits Consulting industry

\n
